What if you are late?
You get an email with the new date and the reason on the day we know. If it slips more than eight weeks, we cancel and refund the hold unless you tell us otherwise.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. European Union duties are paid by us. Everywhere else, duties are collected at your border and we cannot tell you the amount in advance.

What is the difference between One and One Pro?
Four XLR inputs instead of two, timecode in and out, two mirrored card slots, and an aluminium body. Everything else is the same.

No. You can set 24 bit fixed per take if you need smaller files and you are confident about your levels.

We hold parts for seven years from the last unit sold. That is a commitment, not an estimate.
