Eleven people held a printed mock up. Nine of them covered the top knobs with their hand.

Two tools for the polycarbonate body, one for the battery door.

First shots came back with a sink mark
A dimple above the card slot, three tenths of a millimetre deep. Fixed by thinning a rib.

Pilot run of forty units
Forty built on the real line. Thirty seven passed on the first pass.
