Prices are in pounds and include UK VAT. If VAT changes between your preorder and the day we ship, you pay the price you were shown, not the new one.

Dates on this site are the dates we expect to keep, not a guarantee. If one moves you get an email with the new date and the reason. If it moves more than eight weeks, we cancel the order unless you tell us to hold it.

Thirty days from delivery, any reason. Return shipping is on us inside the United Kingdom and the European Union. The recorder needs to come back complete; a missing battery is deducted at the spare part price.

If the recorder fails we repair it, replace it or refund it. We are not liable for a recording you did not get. Back up important work; that is true of every recorder ever made.
